Association: The only nationwide organization dedicated
to bicycle touring, the  ACA puts out a great magazine and
offers detailed maps of certain routes.
Kifer's Bicycle Camping & Touring pages: Ken Kifer wrote
many great articles about all aspects of touring. Though Kifer
was killed by a drunk driver while riding near home in September
2003, his memory lives on in his web site.
